A new ISTQB Glossary of Testing Terms is published


At the end of last year ISTQB relased a new version of the Glossary of Software Testing Terms.

The objectives of the new version of the Glossary

This new version has been developed to support the Advanced level syllabi (Version 2012) and the Expert level syllabus Test Management (Version 2011). In addition a new of change request have been implemented in version 2.2 of the ISTQB Glossary.

More than 60 new terms were added and more than 50 terms were changed in this new version of the Glossary.
On April, 15th RSTQB has finished translation of the Glossary into Russian language and its adaptation to the Russian-speaking audience.

The Russian-speaking community of testers has now become even more integrated into the ISTQB international system. RSTQB continues to support the translation of Glossary up-to-date.

About RSTQB

The RSTQB was founded as the successor of the STQBRU that was established in 2005. The board works out the syllabus and examination questions for the certification scheme in Russian and consists of members from Russia.

These people all work on a voluntary basis on the board. All are specialists in the field of software testing.
